You must use the original 8.4 volt charger to recharge the battery, it's not very convenience. I can understand there's, maybe, some kind of market concern at the first place, but IMO if we end users can charge the battery by common USB power sources, people will more happy with it. You got happier customers, you got more sale. Of course the battery has not too small capacity, with a marked 4,400 mAh, while iPhone X only got less than 3,000, BUT my SONY power bank, with 20,000 mAh capacity, can be fully charged over night, by using a common 5 volt 2,000 mAh USB charger(and the power bank didn't even come with a charger within the package, SONY knows how to market), so the voltage is not the problem.
Also if we can use any power bank to power up the coat, that will be merrier. Well you are selling coats, not batteries, am I right?
Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with this coat. The size is perfect fit for me(1.87 m/6'1, 82 kg/180 lbs, not too bad shaped).
Since it's still late summer/early fall, I can't test the coat for now, but I found some fun through my FLIR ONE. You can check the photos.
The temperature reading has about ±2'c error. So the coat has a pretty good layer, which keeps the heat lost at a acceptable level.

Pros:
1. good heat
2. good materials
3. Fits like a glove
4. and battery life on 2nd (blue) setting lasted me 6 hours (and i work outdoors as a Solar Electrician) which was good enough heat for me.
5. good price for bundle ($120)
Cons:
1. pocket for battery is in the worst location ever. you gotta take the jacket off to remove/place the battery, otherwise, you'll hurt yourself.
2. Arms aren't heated for some reason, ONLY the torso is heated. (my chest region is the LAST place that needs warmth -when working outdoors)
3. The battery is REALLY bulky which makes it uncomfortable to sit in a chair with (for this purpose, you'd probably be better off with a heated snuggie/blanket). Wish it were MORE compact than it already is. prolly coulda left out the "charge-your-phone-ports" feature to make up for this. but what do i know?

PROS: I love this jacket! It fits very well and amazes me how quickly it heats up. I tend to be cold when others aren’t, so not only do I use it outside, but it’s become my secret weapon in cold conference rooms, at the movie theater, the grocery store, and other places where it’s too cold for me. Putting it on low in those situations has kept me toasty! Love the hood too and that the coat is water & wind resistant. It is light and works well in cool temps without always needing to turn on the heater. It is fitted, looks good, and is thin enough to layer a longer coat over when needed. High winds tend to wick heat off the jacket, so when it’s super windy, I put a down coat over it to trap in the heat and that really helps. Since it’s a jacket and not a full coat, I also wear a long down coat over it for more coverage when it’s particularly bitter cold out. This coat is really helping me get through winter!
CONS: The one big thing I don’t like about the coat is the battery is in the inside bottom of the jacket, and once I turn the jacket off, I cannot use the button on the outside of the jacket to turn it on again. Instead I have to unzip all the way and reach in to disconnect and reconnect the battery (sometimes several times) before the jacket will turn on again. Out in wind and snow I’ve had to unzip my jacket to do this.
